Nope, I’m Ray Sanders, born and raised in Columbia, South Carolina, where for years I lived and breathed construction management. It was steady work—good, honest work—but man, it felt like I was stuck in quicksand. The rat race had me by the throat, and I was desperate to break free. That’s when digital marketing crashed into my life like a rogue wrecking ball—and thank God it did.

Before all this, I was a busy dad to three incredible girls, juggling hard hats and blueprints while trying to keep up with school plays and diaper changes. Twice widowed, I’ve faced my share of storms, but those girls? They’re my why—always have been. Thing is, construction paid the bills, but it didn’t leave much room for freedom. I’d come home beat, hands calloused, wondering if this was it. I wanted more—not just for me, but for them.
